ERTA introduces into the market half-finished products of pure polyacetals under reserved trade names ERTACETAL C (POM-kopolimer) and ERTACETAL H (POM-homopolymer)

Acetal copopolymer is more resistant to hydrolysis, strong alkalies and thermal and oxidation degradation than acetal homopolymer.

The latter, however, has higher mechanical resistance, rigidity, hardness and resistance to creep as well as lower thermal expansion rate and frequently higher resistance to grinding.

ERTACETAL is perfect for working on automatic lathes and is especially recommended for precision mechanical parts.
