Polypropylene (PP)

Polypropylene is placed between polyethylene and other technical plastics (ABS, PA and other) as regards mechanical properties.
Low density of PP (about 0.92 g/cm3) and its high chemical resistance should be emphasized (it is resistant to salt solutions, strong acids and alkalis, alcohols, fats, oils, esters, and ketones) which makes it of great importance as an anticorrosion material.
PP is not resistant to the effect of chlorosulphonic acid, concentrated nitric acid and halogens. PP's advantage is physiologically neutral.
The range of working temperatures: 0; +100˚C (note: low impast resistance at a temp. below 0˚C).
Welding and gluing is hard but possible.
PP jest tworzywem palnym.
Polypropylene half-finished products are available in the natural color – grey.

The company offers polypropylene sheet, rollers and welding wires.
